Certification for Elderly and/or Disabled Transportation Assistance Program
A Senior is an individual who is 65 years of age or older and an the term ‘disability’ is defined in section 3(1) of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12102). The 5310 EDTAP funds are intended for those individuals who do not qualify for transportation assistance under a human service program.
