ICPTA serves Pasquotank, Perquimans, Camden, Chowan and Currituck counties in North Carolina. ICPTA services are intended to transport the general public to nutrition sites, medical appointments and other locations in order to access services or attend activities related to daily living, while promoting improved quality of life.

Hours of operation are from 4:30 am – 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday (transportation can be scheduled outside of these time frames if approved by management).

The Transit System operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Transit

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE Washington, DC, 20590.
