Schedule Transportation

  1. Transportation appointments can be scheduled by calling 338-4480 or 1-877-338-4480.
    Hearing Impaired should call 1-800-735-2962 (TDD/TTY) 1-800-735-8262 (Voice)
  2. All Transportation appointments are required to be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All appointments are scheduled on a, “first come first serve” basis. All Medical appointments are required to be scheduled in the AM hours to ensure a return trip home. All medicaid appointments must be scheduled through a county DSS.
  3. Clients have a choice to either have an automated call to give them their pickup time or they can call after 3pm the day prior to their transportation.
  4. Clients should be able to provide the following information at the time of scheduling:
    1. Name, address, and phone number
    2. Appointment time
    3. Pick-up address
    4. Drop off address
    5. Approximate time of return trip

Introducing Our New Same Day Service in Elizabeth City!

Riders can now request a ride from their smartphone to and from anywhere within the zone. ICPTA Same Day Service will operate within the city limits of Elizabeth City.
 
Hours of Service: 8am – 4pm M – F (with the exception of holidays)
