Riders can now request a ride from their smartphone to and from anywhere within the zone. ICPTA Same Day Service will operate within the city limits of Elizabeth City.
Download the CTS Rider Portal App from the Android Play Store or Apple App Store and enter your information to sign up for an account.
- Download and Log Into the CTS Rider Portal App
- Enter the reservation type, along with the date and time of your ride.
- Enter your pick-up and drop-off address.
- Get instant confirmation if your trip can be accommodated and what your estimated pick-up and drop-off times will be.
- This service will be free as long as funding is available.
Rides will be based on route availability. We recommend if you have a scheduled appointment, to use ICPTA’s normal 2 days in advance scheduling procedure to guarantee your trip.
